Painting, Staining, Pressure Washing, Deck Maintenance and Natural Exterior Doors
The exterior of houses and buildings take a lot of wear and tear from the weather and sun. Schwarz Decorating provides premium services for exterior work. Whether your home requires paint or stain we have the tools, equipment, and expertise to complete the job. Like any maintenance a building or home's exterior is no different. STAY ON TOP OF IT. If blistering and flaking of the exterior coating is passed over, the higher the chances get for rotted wood and higher preparations costs. An exterior paint job can be quite costly, due to the level of preparation for a quality job, scale of a house, or the complexity to reach certain areas (ex. dormers, peaks and landscape accessibility).
Siding
Just like painted and stained wood siding, vinyl or aluminum siding will take a beating from the sun and weather. To help keep siding looking fresh we recommend a regular PRESSURE WASHING. This will wash away the regular buildup of dirt and help control mold and mildew. Although pressure washing does not clean up gutter stains very well, Schwarz Decorating does offer a hand wash service to bring the gutters back to a fresh white.
Deck Maintenance
Schwarz Decorating also provides deck maintenance with pressure washing and staining. Decks are a beautiful addition to the landscape of a home. Decks require a lot of maintenance. An annual wash is a good practice to keep your deck looking great. Depending on exposure and the wear and tear of your deck an annual staining may also be advised. In most cases every other year would be suitable for staining.

Schwarz Decorating is called on to do after-market maintenance on high-end wooden doors. Just like decks, these elaborate doors require maintenance. Depending on exposure, doors take a huge toll from the sun and weather. It is IMPERATIVE to stay on top of the maintenance or the door's elegant finish may be lost. Once the finish and wood start to "bleach" out it gets more challenging to bring the color of the stain back. Schwarz Decorating highly recommends following a regular maintenance schedule on all exterior wooden doors. To all customers that use our service we provide a complimentary reminder service to keep the doors on a maintenance schedule.
